Day of Love

Trump has said that January 6, 2021 was a "day of love". An unruly mob and tear gas, pepper spray, broken glass, beaten police officers, a noose, and shouts of "Hang Mike Pence" are hardly signs of a day of love. It was an attack on our democracy. This song is dedicated to the Capitol Police officers, and others, who bravely defended democracy on that dark day.
