Initially, this song was called Where Do You Go, but a few days after writing the song, I was walking down the street in Hilo and wandered into a shop where I spotted a book about words of love in different languages. I picked up the book, flipped to a page, and saw the Portuguese word saudade, which is difficult to translate into English, but was defined as an intense, haunted longing for a place or person.
